End of Year Picnic Day – Stage 3
SPORTS HALL, OLYMPIC PARK EXCURSION
The Stage 3 end of year celebrations will be held at the Sports Hall, Olympic Park on Tuesday 15th December 2009.
The children will be involved in a School Sports Program consisting of Floorball, Table Tennis, Indoor Soccer and Badminton.
Following the Sports Hall activities we will be picnicking on the V illage Green at Bicentennial Park.
Lunch and recess is required and a drink bottle which can be carried in a plastic bag. Full school uniform is to be worn including hat.
The cost of the outing will be $21.00. We will be travelling to Homebush Olympic Park by bus, leaving school at 9.15am and returned by 3.15pm.
Please complete the permission slip below and return it with payment to the school office letterbox by Thursday 3rd December 2009.

I give permission for my child _______________________ of class _______ to attend
the end of year celebrations at the Sports Hall, Olympic Park, Homebush, followed by a
picnic lunch at the Village Green on Tuesday 15th December 2009. I give permission for
my child to travel to and from the venues by bus and enclose $21.00 to cover costs.
